I’ve been training for about 16 years now and I’m currently 38 years old.

Like a lot of the men I work with, I’m busy. I run businesses, my schedule isn’t always predictable, and I don’t have the luxury of spending hours in the gym every day.

Another thing that shaped my approach is my body type. I’m naturally more of an endomorph, which means putting on fat is easy and staying lean takes real discipline. Over the years I had to figure out how to stay lean without extreme diets or turning fitness into a second full-time job.

Because of that, I understand the exact challenges many men face as they get older. You’re busy, you’re trying to stay in shape, but fat loss isn’t as easy as it used to be.
